Woodwin uPVC Furniture Studio · WOODWIN PVC PROFILE PRIVATE LIMITED · Effective 3 September 2026

Woodwin uPVC Furniture Studio ("the app") lets you photograph a room and preview Woodwin uPVC furniture designs in it using AI. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and what happens to it.

Information we collect

• Account details — your email address and sign-in identity, provided when you sign in with Google, Apple or an email account. Used to keep your designs, credits and purchases attached to your account.
• Phone number — verified once by SMS to claim the free first design and to prevent abuse of that offer.
• Profile details — your name, state, city and PIN code, asked for before you purchase credits. Used for billing records and to understand where our customers are; never sold or shared for advertising.
• Room photos — the photo you take or choose is sent securely to our server and to an AI image service solely to generate your furniture preview. Photos are not published anywhere and are not used to identify you.
• Saved designs and transactions — the previews you save and your credit history are stored in your account so they appear when you sign in again.
• Payments — purchases are processed by Razorpay (or the app store you bought through). We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details; we receive only a confirmation that a payment succeeded.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not show third-party advertising and do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not access your photo gallery beyond the single photo you choose.
• We do not collect your precise location.

Where your data lives

Data is stored with Google Firebase (authentication, database and file storage) with industry-standard encryption in transit. Room photos are processed by the AI provider only for the duration of generating your preview.

Deleting your data

You can request deletion of your account and all data attached to it — profile, saved designs, transaction history — by emailing woodwinabhipatel@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with. Deletion is completed within 30 days.
